Key Responsibilities
- Attend daily procurement meetings
- Conduct checks on Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs)
- Load and validate Purchase Orders (POs)
- Verify box quantities and update the system
- Support product class and file checks
- Perform price comparisons
- Liaise with vendors for missing information
- Assist in managing bulk branch orders
- Support bond release processes
- Review packaging and new product listings
- Clear procurement-related backlogs
- Handle ad hoc duties as directed by the Procurement Manager
