This is a 12-month internship opportunity within the Human Resources and Organisational Development department at the University of the Free State (UFS), Bloemfontein Campus, starting in January 2026. It is designed for candidates who have completed their Master’s coursework (M1) in Industrial/Organisational Psychology and are registered with the HPCSA as Student Psychologists. The role offers a monthly stipend of R8,807.65 and provides hands-on experience in key areas including Career Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Psychometrics, and Professional Ethics.
