The South African Breweries (SAB) is inviting graduates to apply for its prestigious 24-month Trainee Programme based in Sandton. This highly competitive programme is designed to unleash potential through a structured rotational model, providing cross-functional work experience across various business areas including Finance, People (HR), Marketing, Technology, Engineering, and Supply Chain. The programme is built on the 70-20-10 learning model, focusing on hands-on experience, mentorship, and formal training. Successful completion makes candidates eligible for permanent roles within the global AB InBev business. Applications are open for four distinct streams: the generalist DynamX Programme, the Graduate Management Trainee (STEM preferred), the DynamX Logistics Programme, and the specialised Engineering Trainee Programme.

About the Program:
- A highly competitive 24-month program which is comprised of segmented fixed term contracts.
- Robust evaluations determine progression into each phase of the program within the 24 months
- Unleashes potentialthrough 6-month rotational cycles and enabling cross functional work experience in various teams within the respective business area
- The Program works on the 70-20-10 rule, where individuals learn 70% of their knowledge from challenging experiences and projects, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from coursework and training.
