Based in George and Gauteng, this opportunity provides practical workplace experience, career development, and training. Successful candidates will be involved in shadowing staff, supporting procurement and communication, assisting with research, and administrative tasks. Applicants must possess a relevant Degree or National Diploma in fields like Heritage Studies, Fine Art, History, or Curatorship, with 0-1 year of experience. Programme Purpose

Position Outputs

As a Young Professional-in-Training, your responsibilities will include:

  • Shadowing staff and participating in workshops and meetings
  • Supporting procurement and communication processes
  • Assisting with research, administrative tasks, and project deliverables
  • Serving as a point of contact for both suppliers and internal customers
  • Providing regular progress updates and addressing queries timeously

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree or National Diploma in:
  • Heritage Studies
  • Fine Art
  • History
  • Curatorship
  • Visual Studies
  • Other related Humanities disciplines
  • 0–1 year of work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • South African youth under the age of 35 will be given preference
