Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:
- A Degree in Public Administration or related field (NQF Level 7)
- Must be an unemployed graduate, aged 18–35 years
- Must be available for the full 24-month duration
- No prior full-time work experience related to the field of study
Competencies and Skills:
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Eagerness to learn and show initiative
