Minimum Qualification Requirements
Applicants must hold one of the following:
- Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
- Advanced Diploma in Risk Management or Safety Management
Experience & Skills Requirements
- Knowledge of SHE legislation (OHS, Environmental, Food Safety)
- NEBOSH certification (advantageous)
- Environmental course (advantageous)
- Understanding of business policies and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to work a 6-day week and overtime as required
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement SHEQ policies and programmes
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures
- Lead employee safety training and workshops
- Review and improve safety policies
- Ensure compliance with OHS and food safety regulations
- Prepare reports on incidents and violations
- Work with HR to implement a safety onboarding process
- Oversee workplace repairs, installations, and hazard prevention measures
