Polokwane Local Municipality, in partnership with the National Treasury, is offering a three-year fixed-term contract opportunity for unemployed graduates in the field of property valuation. This programme is aimed at South African citizens under the age of 35 who hold a BSc/Honours in Property Studies/Real Estate or a BCom/Honours in Property Valuation and Management. The successful candidates will be placed within the Economic Development and Planning directorate. Key requirements include being unemployed, possessing a valid SA ID, and residing within the municipality’s jurisdiction. A driver’s license is advantageous. Applications must be hand-delivered with the required documentation to the Civic Centre by 31 March 2025.

Minimum Qualification: Bsc /Honours property Studies/Real Estate Bcom /Honours (Property Valuation and Management)

Requirements

  • Applicant must be unemployed
  • A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
  • Must be a South African citizen in possession of the valid South African Identity document and falling within the jurisdiction of Polokwane Local Municipality.
  • Must be under the age of 35.
  • Academic qualification must be in line with the professional registration requirements of the respective statutory councils.
  • Stamped original proof of residence (Letter from Traditional Local Authority or Municipal utility bill).
